The Columbia Valley Pioneer's account of the Luxor Linkage property describes
kokanee running "cherry red" into Luxor Creek to spawn, alongside resident
westslope cutthroat trout,
bull trout,
mountain whitefish and
burbot. Provincial fish-inventory data hasn't logged a direct record on the creek yet, so treat that account as the best evidence available rather than a stocked-and-measured fishery. A separate connectivity model also carries
rainbow trout and
brook trout as reachable from the wider Columbia system, though neither has been reported on Luxor Creek specifically. Where bull trout hold in the deeper pools,
streamer tactics read the water better than a dry; everywhere else, this is
small-stream dry-fly water, short drifts with a buoyant attractor over a light dropper.
