Holy Grail Caddis

An incredibly realistic caddis pupa pattern. Tied with a buggy hare's ear body, flash ribbing to mimic trapped air bubbles, and a soft partridge hackle collar, it imitates a pupa rising through the water column to emerge.

Key points

•
Vulnerability: Mimics the caddis pupa during its most vulnerable ascent phase.
•
Air Bubbles: Gold or pearl flash tinsel represents the air bubble sheath pupae use to float.
•
Movement: Soft partridge feathers twitch and pulsate in the current.
